Skies, book 3 in the Sharani Series, is coming out August 18th. It continues the story of Lhaurel, Gavin, and their companions as they begin to understand and experience the larger world in which they live. The series as a whole has been doing surprisingly well in the year since Sands came out, in large part due to fans like you reading, enjoying, reviewing, and telling your friends about it. Words cannot express how grateful I am for the support.
With this novel just around the corner, there is once again an opportunity for some advanced reader copies in exchange for an honest review on Amazon and/or Goodreads. It is more beneficial to the long-term success of the series to have the reviews on Amazon, but it is also extremely helpful to have them posted everywhere people who read books are likely to frequent. If you’d like a review copy and can agree to posting a review with a week or so of the novel’s release date, email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I’ll send you a copy.
I’m proud of what I was able to do with this novel. It is longer and more complex than either previous novel, and provides a deeper and darker look at the history of the Sharani Desert and the people that created it. Relationships are deepened and broadened, a few new characters introduced, and a hint at the hidden underpinnings of a dying society laid out. I hope you enjoy it.
